Hi, some days ago my hacked switch broken, so I decided to order a v1 switch unpatched from eBay.

Today finally arrived, and turning on the console i found that it obviously was formatted. Now I thought that I could easily put my old sd into the new switch, and simply go trough a payload injection. The thing that I completely forgot about, was that the system recognizes the sd as coming from another switch, so it asked me to format the sd.

Now my question is, there is some way to modify the new switch without loosing all my data on the sd, or I must format it and put again the file for the home-brew on the sd, loosing all my old datas?

As far as I can tell, you've got to start again old bean, as you're correct that it won't read the SD card from another Switch it's a case of formatting and starting again from scratch.

Ok, do you know if i can keep some folder from the old sd (maybe the games or saves)?. Or i have to reinstall all the games loosing all the saves?.

Also i don't know if the savings of the games are stored in the console's memory or in the sd...

The saves are on the console, so if you redownload the game again and it's the same region as the previous version, the save will work fine, the games you will need to re-download again, as the tickets and everything are linked to the previous console, so won't be compatible.
