Is it possible to jailbreak switch 6.0.1?

Hi everyone I just got a switch and updated it to the latest firmware. Would a older version of the jailbreak work or do I have to wait til one is available for this version.
 
It's fine. I updated mine and it's great :). Updated to the latest then did the RCM and hack etc.
 
Only if your Switch unit is 1st-gen model, that is, the original unpatched version.

Refer to this site for the list of hackable and unhackable Switch units, based on serial number.
 
hey , May I ask you guys which CFW you guys using ? I have a first gen unpatched switch , currently running on 4.1.0 firmware, planning to hack it and download some pirate games

If you want the free CFW that is ahead of the game, probably Atmosphere. But since your device's firmware is still at 4.1.0, you could still try all. Just do not upgrade to firmware 6.2 to make it feasible.

Personally, I use ReiNX which I also liked. I stick to this CFW since I could still play the latest games I like while on firmware 6.0.1.

But given the circumstances, Atmosphere really is leading the competition involving the 6.2 firmware, not to mention good LayeredFS support for running modded contents.

Thanks man, one more question though, you said about not to upgrade to 6.2, but I see on youtube there is the Atmosphere 6.2 jailbreak tutorial , is it not recommended to do that but try to stay on 6.1 ?
