Made an FPKG but get error CE-30008-1 when loading game on 9.00 any tips?

Title kinda says it all.

Im using ps4-dumper-vtx-900.bin and PS4_Fake_PKG_Tools_3.87_V4 the game dumps ok but once iv created the fpkg and load it i get the above error.

Any tips would be great.

I own a boat load of games that havent been dumped yet and wanted to upload some.
