My official themes collection

Was the PS2 theme ever released officially? I remember seeing it previewed by Sony about a year ago but nothing since. It added the background and sounds of PS2 onto PS4.

Edit: Yes, it's called Legacy Dashboard and was released a while back. It's really neat so it would be cool to get that up here.
 
If someone is willing to tell me how to get the official pkgs for these themes I'll make them all permanent, I don't see how though since all these were dumped from my PS4.
also guys these are all the themes I have if you ask for something else I simply don't have it.

The witcher geralt & ciri theme works fine after selection but when I turn off the ps4 and turn it one again I get the ordinary ps4 pro theme but with purple instead of blue
