Ok you have a bad backup but normally, all the cheats.pkg with the same ID and version work with
all backups with the same ID and version after that they are remarried. Not just 1 backup
otherwise it would be totally illogical and especially without any interest.
It's only a bad luck with the bad backup who circulates on the net unfortunately.
(You are not the first one for that ID, I take note )

official update v1.01 integrated into your full game backup.pkg before
remarning and installing the cheats. pkg ?
You not just need to install the full game, the update and the cheats like as you mention in your first message.
You have just 2 pkgs to install.
1 - The "
full game with official update v1.01 already inside.pkg"(Your Full game.pkg already in version 1.01)
2 - The "
Cheats.pkg" remarried with the "
full game with official update v1.01 already inside.pkg"
The cheats and the "Back To Normal.pkg" of that title are not the full official update.
It's a "
Real 1.01 Integrated". My cheats for that title is
just a patch of the full game with official update v1.01
integrated in the full game backup.

Apparently the Backup is not in question at all!
I tested 3 different backups since yesterday and it works on the 3.
Check your steps.
