quark.jar stopped working .out of the blue cant install nsp over usb anymore

before it worked like charm. i used quark to install my .nsp games and updates.....after weeks i tried it again and got an Error: A JNI error has occured, please check your installation and try again.i have version:
java 8 update 261
dont know why it stopped working.
i reinstalled the new java version but it didnt help too.


hopefully you have a solution, exactly at the moment when everything went smooth and solved for the next years :) it stopped working.

SOLVED IT !!!!!After installing the newest version :

quark is just a small file.
you an safely delete it and get the newest version of it and execute it to make it work again
