Maybe it will be useful to someone.

Merge Game + Update
- Merging Game + Update in one file. Useful because most new games: Update = Full Game. You need to have enough free space on HDD.

Remarry Game + Update
- Similar as Duxa repackager but some new games need new FPKG Tools and Duxa not working.

Backup Backported Files
- If you not have enough space on hdd, this will only keep backported files from backport in zip archive. Useful if you love to keep Game + Untouched Update on PC HDD

PS4 Rebuild PKG - Backport
- Rebuilding untouched update.pkg with backported files from backup.

Merge Game + Update + Backport
- Same as merge.bat but add backported files from backup if you merge game with untouched update.

Usage:
Put fpkg in correct folder, depending on the option you choose. Run PS4.bat, choose option and wait.

Folders:
- Game --- Put Game in Game folder
- Update --- Put Update in Update Folder
- Backport --- Put Backported Update in Backport
- Backported Files --- Put Backup files (*.zip) which you create with Backup Backported Files.bat

I found, through Reddit, "fpkg merge" tool and I've been messing around with it.
I am trying to create (and then install) English-only, Latest Update, Remaster fpkgs, to cut down in size, so I can install it. But it kicks my OCD into overdrive because all Remaster packages show Application Version (APP_VER) as 1.00 in the Information panel.
Gonna mess around with this tool to see what I can come up with.

After merging game with update, just use option 6 - Fix game info. Final result will me small update file around 5-10mb which will display proper version of game
