server under maintenance

For a few days now I have been getting the message that the server is under maintenance when I want to download something via direct link.
Does anyone else also have this problem?

Shouldn't really be on this forum thread though, as this is for uploading of games, not 'I can't access'.

There is hundreds of copyright claim over my servers from giant companies
I moved all servers to maintenance stat since the last 4 days
