What does 'Repost' mean?

When uploading a mod, the last checkbox says 'repost'? What doe sthat mean in the context of this site?

P.S. I have spent about half an hour staring at the forum topics and sections and I have no idea where I am supposed to post questions like this?

I think it means like the mod was already uploaded on a different website but im not staff so take that with a grain of salt

I'm just not going to use it. I was concerned about getting dinged for not following the rules. I can think of a least 4 possible interpretations.

Repost means that your mod was removed from NexusMods or any site. That you decided to mark "Repost" and publish on AyakaMods
