Resolved Where did the search function go?

I used to be able to do a search on this site (as in just yesterday) but for some reason I can no longer perform searches. Anytime I go to Search I get the attached message.

The one on the top right corner. It randomly came back, but I left the thread just in case someone had an answer for what to do if it happens again.
