Usage Notes and Disclaimer
This mod is an unofficial, fan-made work and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the game’s developer or publisher. It changes actual damage behavior and game balance and is not a purely cosmetic mod.
Please use it preferably in solo play or in private lobbies where all participants are aware of and consent to its use, so as not to disrupt the normal experience of other players. Although other players cannot see the explosion VFX, the area-of-effect damage may still affect teammates and the mission environment.
Current test results do not guarantee proper operation across all missions, multiplayer environments, or game versions. The mod may cause crashes, frame-rate drops, overly bright effects, mod conflicts, or other issues. There is also no guarantee that it will not trigger game rules, anti-cheat systems, or account penalties. Please review the relevant rules and decide whether to use the mod at your own discretion.
Before installing, updating, or uninstalling the mod, fully exit the game and back up any existing mods. Avoid using it together with mods that modify the same projectile configuration or that may conflict with the included loader. If you encounter any issues, disable the mod and restart the game.

Makes MG-43 machine gun projectiles trigger the explosive damage and visual effects of the EAT-411 “Leveller” on impact, while retaining the MG-43’s original trajectory, projectile velocity, and direct-hit damage.
- Automatically loads the Leveller’s VFX resources, so you do not need to equip the Leveller.
- Confirmed in testing as a client: area-of-effect damage works, and teammates can also see affected enemies die.
- The explosion VFX is only visible locally to players who have the mod installed. Teammates without the mod will not see the explosion effects, and their MG-43 will behave normally.
- Some turret and vehicle weapons that share the same projectile configuration may also be affected.
- Includes a built-in loader and can be installed manually; no separate mod manager is required.
