Request by someone (personal thank you for your generosity, kissu kissu). Bumps the standard damage of the AR-59 Suppressor by 20 and the durable damage by 5. I think that's enough to one-tap a Devastator to the head. Please praise me quickly (and test ingame).

Notice on how these mods work to the best of my knowledge: They take a moment when you first boot up the game to scan and change values to something desired, so expect a hiccup when you first boot in. Should be smoothsailing from there.
