Tweaked several values to make the support weapon feel better and at the same time balanced.
使用 HD2 Runtime 的战备编辑器实现了怀旧的电弧发射器，使其再次获得爆浆武斗虫的能力！
调整部分数值使电弧发射器手感更好的同时不会过多影响平衡性。
Has built in game menu options (requires Bingus Mod Menu) to change shortest charge time and damage threshold.
1st option makes you choose between consistent one shot gib damage or below that threshold so u can only gib corpse of warriors.
(not recommend to change due to AH setting the corpse to be harder to splooch)
2nd option makes you choose shortest charge time from Vanilla's 1s ; a moderate 0.9s and a fast 0.8s. (default being 0.9s)
New changes will be applied to the next arcthrower you call down, does not affect other player's stratagems.

Standard damage
250 -> 445This is the lowest threshold for Arc3 to gib warriors with its durable damage untouched, the other choice of the 1st option changes this to 440
这个数值是在不改动耐伤的情况下能爆浆武斗的最低值，第一个选项的第二选择可以把伤害调整为440，你只能仰仗运气电击武斗尸体并希望它化为箭母
Charge level 1
1 -> 0.9Charge level 2
1.1 -> 0.9These 2 changes affects the minimum charge time, the Fast choice of 2nd option with change "charge level 1" to 0.8, allowing faster shots. And we didn't change how the lines that indicates charge process moves, so it's more close to EoF vibe where u can shoot before the lines stops moving, its up to the skill of the wielder for how good they are at yielding biggest RoF.
这两个改动影响电弧发射器的最低充能时间，第二个选项的Fast将“charge level 1”调整到0.8，可以更快发射。这些改动不会影响电弧发射器的充能提示线，它们依然和原版一样在1.2秒后停下，所以整体感觉更加接近自由升级前的状态，你必须有足够强的手感而不能依靠视觉提示来达到最高射速。
