Sufficiently increases Hot-Shot's rifle attack capabilities that it gets unbalanced. Have fun!
Changes:
Requires Bingus Shared Loader v18 or above
And HD2Runtime v0.28.1 or above (placed higher priority than Bingus' loader)

- Fire mode: single -> auto
- Fire rate: 210 -> 500
- Projectile velocity: 500 -> 2000
- Mag capacity: 12 -> 200
- Spare mag count and supply gives: 5 -> 1
