are you absolutely sure its the 0.30.0 version you are running? it should say in the bottom left corner of your screen in the lobby if its 0.30.0

its basically just a normal mod that uses runtime as its back bones.

so priority should be

highest is bingus, then runtime, then this editor

i made this to tie in with HD2Runtime so it elegantly works together with mods using Runtime. also i wanted to make the gui much more pleasant to the eyes (in my opinion), so i did that too.

might also have more values mapped than shodan

A couple of things, I cannot change the Hotshot marksman rifles fire modes, nor its magazine capacity.
