Pelican Air Support

Deploy a Pelican gunship from low orbit to provide devastating close air support. Upon arrival, the craft performs a low-altitude strafing run for 20 seconds. It then ascends to a higher attack altitude, providing an additional 60 seconds of sustained aerial fire support before disengaging and returning to orbit.

Particularly effective against tanks, heavily armored targets, and large enemy formations.

Cooldown: 3 minutes
Uses: Unlimited



Features
  • Custom Pelican Air Support stratagem.

Requirements
  • HD2Runtime 0.30.3 or a compatible newer version.
  • Bingus Shared Loader v15 or above.

Known Issues
  • Mod only works for single player or as a host for multiplayer. (Will be on 1 hour cooldown when joining random lobbies.)
  • Stratagem timer is incorrect.

Installation
  1. Download the mod.
  2. Import it using the supported mod manager or loader workflow.
  3. Enable the mod and its dependencies.
  4. Launch the game and check the custom stratagem interface.

  • Can we modify the stats?

  • Does it work with HD2Arsenal?
Yes.
  • Why is the stratagem on a hour-long cooldown
It's because you are not the host of the lobby. You must be the host in order to use the stratagem.

Are you claiming that the idea of pelican air support is yours? The idea has been around for a long time. Also other older mods of this kind, even older than your mod already exists.

I’m assuming the main reasoning for that is because we both used gpt-6 for development. Although nothing is mentioned in Azura’s post. This is just my speculation. I don’t want to accuse of someone using ai in this manner and will not.

Mine is fully ai made. I do not know how to code an inch.
I personally just decided to share this because I managed to find something cool while fizzling around with the new ai model and thought other people might like this cool pelican air strike thing I found as well.

If you want me to fully credit Azura for this mod, I don’t mind. Not really here for competition or anything. He’s one seem to be way better and cooler than mine!

i agree with what you said, that guys mod doesn't work in multiplayer, but this one does. i think it's a pretty different mod. ya know
