I think the mod broke.

I'm getting the remodel, but no big boom. T-T

What version of HD2Runtime was used with this mod?

All it ever does for me is act like the recoiless rifle with a different launcher. Have all the things needed according to the mod (SHODAN compatibility, SHODAN, and latest version of HD2 Runtime). Not seeing an icon or descriptor so had to figure out what it was replacing. Finally figured it out, but all it launches is standard recoiless rounds.

Even tried it without SHODAN runnin and without the patch for shodan... still just essentially a reskin of the RR
