In the mod options menu configure armor passive stats. Somewhat balanced (I set limits to how high and low the values can go). The intent is to make some of the bad passives better and enable more load out choices.

Bingus Shared Loader latest version and HD2 Runtime latest version required. Will still work without the Mod Options Menu but you will not be able to change the values.

Place above BSL and Runtime in the mod manager or under if top priority.

k ty, because it's weird as literally EVERY other mod is okay, i tested it on two different files and they went smooth as butter but that one despite being imported successfully just doesn't show up at all

Is there a mod option for Reduced Signature? I don't see it in the in-game mod menu.

nevermind i fixed it, turns out "democracy protects works 100%" was making arsenal thinking it's the same file
