Adds the planet modifier "Heavy SEAF Presence" to EVERY planet in Helldivers 2.

Normally this modifier only appears on a few specific planets. With this mod, whatever planet you pick, the SEAF will show up to help you fight.

The modifier is placed into the first free modifier slot of each planet, so the modifiers a planet already has are left untouched.

⚠ REQUIRED: BINGUS SHARED LOADER

This mod will NOT work without Bingus Shared Loader (v18 or newer). You must download and install it first: without it, nothing will happen.

SEAF | MAX SQUADS

Instead of just a couple of units, a veritable army can now stand ready to provide you with cover!

You choose how many ships deploy SEAF at the same time. The default is 3, and you can raise it up to 8 ships operating simultaneously.

Screenshot 2026-10-20 131056.png

Pick ONE step:
+1 Squad = 24 SEAF at once
+2 Squads = 30 SEAF at once
+3 Squads = 36 SEAF at once
+4 Squads = 42 SEAF at once
+5 Squads = 48 SEAF at once

(Default without this option: 18 SEAF, 6 per squad.)

- Works on every difficulty.
- Leave it off to keep the default limit.
- Needs the main option ("Heavy SEAF Presence Everywhere") enabled, because that option carries the script.
- The limit is applied once per game start: after changing the option, press Purge + Deploy, then restart the game.

⚠ WARNING: if you use the maximum SEAF value, DO NOT use other mods that can spawn or increase SEAF. With too many SEAF on the field the game will crash, so please be careful.

Support "MOD OPTIONS MENU"

This mod supports the "Mod Options Menu"; if you have it installed, you can enable or disable modifiers without leaving the game.
( If a planet already had the "Heavy SEAF Presence" modifier to begin with, it will not disappear when the mod's features are disabled; only the modifiers added by the mod itself are removed )

⚠ HOST ONLY

This mod only works if YOU are the host of the game.

If you join a session that is already running, the modifier will NOT appear: it has to be loaded before the mission starts, and it can't be added to a session that is already in progress.

In short: if you want SEAF on the mission, you start the lobby yourself.

WHAT THE MODIFIER DOES

- Pelican shuttles periodically fly in to deploy up to 3 squads of SEAF soldiers into the mission area. Mission Control will announce it when this happens.
- SEAF squads are deployed when Helldivers are fighting large numbers of enemies (roughly 20+) or when the enemy calls in reinforcements. Otherwise they stay in reserve.
- There is a limit on how many SEAF squads can be active at once, but no limit on squads in reserve. The pelicans never run out of fresh squads.

INSTALLATION

1. Install Bingus Shared Loader (v18 or newer) if you haven't yet.
2. Import this mod's zip in your mod manager.
3. Make sure Bingus Shared Loader is LAST in the load order.
4. Press Purge, then Deploy.
5. Launch the game and host the mission yourself.

TROUBLESHOOTING

"The modifier doesn't appear"
- Is Bingus Shared Loader installed (v18+) and last in the load order?
- Did you press Purge + Deploy after importing?
- Are you the host? The mod does nothing if you joined someone else's game.

I'm gonna be crudly honest . . . And probably vile, for a moment . . . Because I'm just that fed up with Arrowhead's echo chamber, I want to nuke it 'till their eardrums explodes. The very instant the "Easy Anti Cheat" is broken up... we should rain hell upon Arrowhead. And the game.
At which point will they keep F-ing around with customers before finding out, for real ?

There was multiple ways to find acceptable terms between the requests, the feedback accumulated for YEARS, the expectations of the players, and what modding did in the last couple of weeks. No matter what you think about AI, either if it makes you vomit, or makes you hyped . . . Anyone with a working brain would look at the stats, and realize there's clearly two things happening.

(1) - People create stuff we couldn't be bothered to do.
(2) - People are really into the stuff that was created.
(3) - The mathematical conclusion . . . ? There is demands, and there is ways to make it happen ! PROFIT : AT HAND !

All that was required . . . The only thing needed . . . was communication. Transparency . . . A. F**ING. BRIDGE. From that point : all was possible, private servers, regulations, a testing ground to develop new features and see what people thing about it before deciding if it could/should be implanted into the game... They had the time, ressources, and ways ! . . . And Arrowhead looked at this, like cattle in front of a spoon. They got so butt-hurt and still wonder why people turned to this way. They lie as they breath. They gaslight as they take a piss. And take no cinsideration whatsoever on anything... except the moment it blows right into their faces.

So at this point : we should all arm the "hellbombs" so to speak, and blast the game to its core.

I can appreciate the frustration, but this is an AWFUL idea. This wouldn't actually change anything, and would only have negative effects. At best, you'd likely just enter into an anti-cheat arms race that degrades the quality of life of these mods. At worst, I see two options: the game just flat out dies and people actively hate the modding scene more. Right now, the only people who give a crap about mods are the hall monitors who think people running Deadeyes with 380 shells is the norm, the rest of the community don't even notice because the mods are either incredibly subtle or they just just play in private lobbies. The other option is AH goes nuclear and shuts down any and all modifications to the game.

I elect to stick with the idea that doesn't paint a target on the back of modders who just want to fix the game and give some QOL changes AH refuse to. And if you start griefing out of some sense of misplaced righteousness, you are not a friend to most of us who just want to see what cool things can be done in the game.

You are right. Of course you are bloody right, this would only be self-destruction...
Which was my main through process when I posted this comment above.

I won't act like it was not part of my whole idea : I knew very well that those words I was venting out, all loud, were written with a very clear and readable purpose... And I was not considering this path in the name of "righteousness" as you call it : no, it was straight up to see their F-ing world burn, as long as it could take Arrowhead along with it ! And as I write this comment, I still do think it, very vividly . . . Because I've been watching them playing the ostriches for years by now, and people still give them credits ; the benefit of the doubt. At some point, I just want to dig out their heads, out of their arses, by any means necessary, and shove them in the closest shredder, hoping whatever comes out of it will be recycled into somethin' remotely useful.

What drives me to this utter insanity is that, at core : there's nothing that can be done, by anyone. Even with all the good will possible ; even with all arguments imaginable ! We can't resonate with them. They are clueless to what's going on. Not just about the topic of modding : in general. All signs accumulated since release shows how out of touch they are . . . Never in a million years should've they attempted to do a "Live Service", nevermind that : a game of this scale. I won't argue on who they are, what they did : I suppose everyone passing by here is a bit aware of their back story, so I can only hope no one will take it bad when I say, in all fairness : before HD2, they were nobodies . . . and in some regard, they're still acting like it. This. This is what pisses me off . . . . literal vein of gold, struck out . . . they're making it a sewer.

[ deep breath ] So : I present to you, and all people coming across my previous message, my sincere apologies.

Whatever the f**k I said, just 2 comments above : that raging boner I wrote down, the scorched earth concept of a c**t full of spite... don't do that. It's meaningless. It's a division by Zero.

The only constructive thing that can be done ; that has to be done for us all : regular players / mod users . . . is to take back what was stolen from us, to begin with. The fun. After that : once EAC is broken up ( which will happen, it's a matter of Time ) , we continue to improve the game, as a community. To make it viable. inviting. Evolving. Worth the time invested in... As I see things, Arrowhead won't change its way, even with a backlash as big as the PSN ( which frankly, I don't see it happening, though I wish I'd be wrong ). We can only count on ourselves. So lets do our stuff, low profile. And enjoy it. This is by far the best optic possible, given their stubbornness and isolation.
