More than likely. I saw that HUD+ upload done on the Nexus site and the author of HUD+ explicitly stated he didnt and doesnt give anyone permission to upload any version of HUD+ unless they got his authorization, and judging by the description of this mod, it doesnt sound like it. He approves people fixing it for their own use, but not for distribution, as he wants to make his own solution to get around EAC before uploading.
So yes, most likely will have the same issue if the author snoops around on Ayaka mods as well.

I am the original creator of HD2 HUD+.
I have never authorized the redistribution of my mod or any modified versions. What's even more concerning is that **this upload doesn't even credit the original creator.**
Let me be absolutely clear: **personal modifications are allowed, but public redistribution without my explicit permission is strictly prohibited.**
I am still investigating ways to officially restore HUD+ while respecting the game's anti-cheat restrictions. Unauthorized ports and redistributions are directly against my wishes.
**I demand the immediate removal of this upload.**
Furthermore, if unauthorized redistribution of HUD+ continues on AyakaMods, **I will consider permanently discontinuing all further development and removing access to the existing archived releases.**
I understand that many people want HUD+ back, but repeatedly ignoring the original creator's permissions is not the way to make that happen.
