More backpacks

Support weapons come down with up to 3 backpacks. To disable, set the mod option in settings to 1 for each weapon.

This works in Windows. But does not work for me in Bazzite. Not sure about other distros. I put in a bug report with HD2Runtime.

More changes, more options for control.

Uses both sides of hellpods for call downs.

Improved ergonomics and sway. You can use muzzle attachments without your weapon feeling bad to use now.

Mod options now available in game via Bingus Mod Options or Vanilla Plus Megapack.
