The M-103 Supply FRV now gets the same anti-flip fix as the M-102: lower centre of mass, stiffer front suspension, bigger and grippier tyres, more suspension travel, and mass 2500 -> 3333 (the same +33%).

It uses the same suspension as the M-102 and every value was checked against the game files before patching, but I don't own the Supply FRV so I haven't driven it myself. If it handles oddly, let me know.

The M-102 part is unchanged from 1.0. The M-104 Incinerator FRV is still untouched.
