Quite a few people are saying the mods are not working but they're only looking in the armory at the weapon stats and seeing it stay at the normal AP level, this is a VISUAL BUG please test the mod in-game before commenting about it not working.

Just a bit of a heads up, but it seems to me that I can't have both this and the plasma accelerator mod active at the same time. One will overwrite the other it seems. Not sure if this is the same for other people.

thats interesting well it shouldn't be a huge problem given both are primaries i can't promise a fix sadly but let me know if anything more serious does happen with my other mods combined with this as i will fix serious issues but conflicts i dont really know where to begin on.

No worries at all, I know this is all uncharted territory but I thought I'd let you know for future reference. Perhaps both are editing the same file space or something?

When I do get the chance, perhaps I can help you update this mod and the PLAS Accelerator to be compatible? I'll try the best I can if I could have your permission since I do like both your DB and your PLAS-Accel...
