Author of Runtime changed requirement to be placed lesser than Bingus' loader. It might be this problem. But before it should've been higher, or am I hallucinating?

Anyway, I think you should place them around and see if it works

After installing your mod, it seems it cannot run alongside your other mod:
https://ayakamods.com/mods/energy-based-and-special-weaponry-overhaul.4592/, which also makes changes to this weapon. The two mods edit the same weapon data, which is why they conflict. Is there any way to fix this?

Alternatively, would you consider updating each mod to include individual toggle options? That way players can choose whether or not to enable buffs for specific weapons.

I'd like to do toggles but don't have time to learn how to do this yet. I'll check if this particular mod can work when overhaul one is enabled, but I think you can just place this one above overhaul and it should work, I think.

P.S. I think I might have figured it out. I'm gonna try to make toggles today🥳
