For PC Projectile Self-Hit / 子彈能擊中自己 in Helldivers 2
Works as intended, and is the most realistic way to stim yourself with the p-11. Only concern is balancing if you want to be mindful of that but it's still a great mod. Could pair well with mod options to adjust the heal or how much ammo is consumed to stim yourself.

Also doesn't have a noticeable impact on performance after bingus v18, making it much nicer to keep in a modpack.

It's going to be hard to play without this mod since it makes the tanks feel so much better, but it absolutely kills your FPS even on the 50ms versions. Losing ~20-40fps between ceiling and floor as of v2.6
