These mods are recolor for costume 1, for both Ryu and Ken.
Original orange color for Ryu is replaced by Goku DBGT color scheme, and original white color for Ken is replaced by Picollo color scheme.

Drop the contents of the zip file inside your game folder at:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Super Street Fighter IV - Arcade Edition\patch_ae2_tu1\battle\chara\RYU
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Super Street Fighter IV - Arcade Edition\patch_ae2_tu1\battle\chara\KEN

First one is for Ryu, and second of for Ken mods.
If these folder don't exist, just create them.

These mod shouldn't overwrite any file, but make sure to have a backup of your original files before installing the mod.
