Original .txt file was from @42hrs and required several rounds of correction scripts culminating in a working .ccmpreset file.

I would need a way to extract it into text form to make it compatible with CCM. The only way I was able to make this was because of @42hrs 's file.

Even if I'm not able to update it, it should be trivial on the user end, as you'd only need to (somewhat tediously) apply D-Glitch's changes to your own preset. This file serves as the foundation to make that possible.
