Twirl Toggle
Keep your revolver twirling.

What it does

• Hold your reload key for about 2 seconds with a revolver (Senator, Talon): the ammo-check twirl starts right away (normally it takes about 4 seconds).
• Let go and it keeps twirling.
• Press reload again to stop. Firing, aiming, sprinting or any other arm action also ends it.
• MOST IMPORTANTLY, Fixes a gamebreaking bug that has been in this game for so long, stim pistol can now be twirled like any other pistol and not once per life.Â

It only changes your own animation: other players see the twirl end when you let go of the key.

Requirements

• Bingus Shared Loader.
• Game build 25480438. The game's animation functions are checked when the game starts; on another build the mod switches itself off and says so in its log.

Install

1. Install and enable Bingus Shared Loader.
2. Import Twirl-Toggle-1.0.0.zip in your mod manager, enable it, deploy, start the game.

Settings
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Hd2TwirlToggle\twirl_toggle.cfg (created on first start, read at game start):

• key=82: your reload key as a Windows key code (82 = R). Change it if you reload with another key.
• hold_ms=2000: how long to hold before the twirl starts, in milliseconds.
• enabled=1: 0 switches the mod off.
