Release notes:

• Adds mouse control to the Armory and briefing item-list scrollbars, which previously answered only to the mouse wheel.
• Clicking the track moves the thumb to the pointer in one pass, and a repeat click on the same spot changes nothing.
• Pressing the thumb grabs it: the thumb then follows the pointer one-to-one, with no capture or queue in between.
• Sends every wheel notch on the frame the pointer produced it, which removes the trailing bar and the jitter of the paced queue.
• Bounds the settle pass after a click, so a click can no longer overshoot the pointer and bounce back.
• Prefers the game's own window device context for captures, falling back to the desktop context when a window copy is black or clipped.
• Writes one log file with the settings, counters, timing health, calibration samples, a reason tally and the last 48 decisions.
