Loading AFR is faster and more convenient for testing. PKG requires unpacking large amounts of data, then repacking—moving a lot of gigabytes around.
If you know how to make a mod for Resident Evil, it’s much easier here—especially if you’re just replacing existing files. Most of the work is in Blender; I’m currently struggling with moving a few characters into the world of Fatal Frame![]()
