Someone on X asked me to upload this here, I can't find any normal option to upload mods of SH3, it all leads me to remake slop and whatnot
It is a shitpost basic texture change mod that makes it so Heather has a MAGA texture shirt in NG+
https://gofile.io/d/fJAXTT3B
It is a replacement of the chrpl.arc file in the SH3 data folder, so backup that file before replacing it
It'll replace "Heather's Shirt" unlockable costume in NG+ ("HappyBirthDay" code in the NG+ menu)
Created by using this vibecoded tool which makes it easy for you to extract and modify textures:
https://github.com/i4pptem/sh3r-tools/releases
Cant find a way to "Add mod" otherwise except for this, sorry if it is in the wrong subforum.
