This allows you to set how quickly abilities come off cooldown. By default, it's set to x0.75 so that's a cooldown of -25%. If you set it to x0.60 that would give a cooldown reduction of -40%, and x0.30 would be a cooldown reduction of -70%. To change it, open the cooldown_mod.lua file and change the FACTOR = 0.75 to whatever you want.
INSTALLATION

Drop the lua file into here: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\kingdom_rush_genesis\mods
