Goal
Reward accurate fire through differentiated damage, handling and ammunition, including the Hot-Shot’s experimental energy role.
Version 9.5 — installation and scope
Install with the Helldivers 2 Mod Manager, then enable the individual equipment options you want. Restart after changing selections. Requires HD2Runtime 0.40.0, Bingus Mod Loader 18 or later, and the VanillaPlus baseline used by the main 9.5 release. Wait for patches to settle and spawn fresh equipment.
Use the main Arsenal Accord mod OR the standalone packs; do not install both. The standalone packs can be combined with one another. Each item has one owner pack; shared native bullet/damage records are the exception described below.
Arsenal Accord - Progress is an optional separate loading display that combines the installed packs into one bar. There is no embedded progress bar, chat announcement or kicking system in this balance pack.
Shared native records
Identical shared edits are included where needed and applied once across the standalone packs. This is not full native-record isolation: other equipment using the same bullet, damage or status record can inherit those fields even without its own pack installed.
R/40-K Hot-Shot Marksman Rifle
Why the change?
The 40K inspiration is a high-penetration lasgun rather than a straight damage upgrade. AP5 rewards precise, square hits, while weak angled penetration makes shot planning matter. Lower damage keeps Deadeye relevant, with three precise Hulk-eye hits required. Total recreates a battery-destroying overcharge by spending the remaining magazine and forcing a reload.
Armor penetration at direct impact: 3 → 5
Armor penetration at large angle: 3 → 2
Displayed penetration label: Medium → Anti tank
Durable damage: 40 → 15
Ergonomics: 30 → 55
Firing mode list: Single → Single / Total
Left weapon menu selector: None → Fire mode
Magazines per supply pickup: 7 → 4
Projectile speed in metres per second: 500 → 1300
Spare magazines: 7 → 6
Standard damage: 275 → 150
Sway multiplier: 1 → 1.2
Current tuning: 150 standard / 15 durable damage, 12 rounds, stock 210 RPM, 20 stagger, 55 ergonomics, 1.2 sway and AP 5/3/2/0. Deadeye remains the general-purpose counterpart.
Timing and stagger: stock 210 RPM gives a 0.286-second shot interval. Stagger remains 20.
Combat role: three precise Single shots to a Hulk's eye; Total trades the remaining magazine for an overcharged discharge. The AP 5/3/2/0 profile makes impact angle and target selection central to the weapon.
Modes: Single / Total. Total spends all remaining rounds in the current 12-round magazine; six spare magazines are retained. There is no separate Total-use counter.
R-2 Amendment
Why the change?
Automatic fire gives the rifle a useful emergency option and reduces reliance on repeated burst inputs. Higher recoil still asks the player to choose when a magazine dump is worth the ammunition. The second opinion is available in automatic.
Armor penetration at extreme angle: 0 → 1
Durable damage: 50 → 70
Firing mode list: Single / Burst → Single / Burst / Automatic
Horizontal recoil climb: 10 → 15
Magazines per supply pickup: 8 → 10
Spare magazines: 8 → 10
Sway multiplier: 1 → 0.9
Vertical recoil climb: 45 → 60
Vertical recoil drift: 35 → 40
R-2124 Constitution
Why the change?
Make the Constitution compete through exceptional handling rather than rapid damage output. It is a slow, stable precision rifle with generous reserves. Deadeye keeps faster follow-up shots, higher damage and more consistent penetration at awkward angles; Hot-Shot keeps higher direct penetration and its costly Total discharge. Tradition asks for patience. Super Earth supplies the ammunition.
Armor penetration at direct impact: 3 → 4
Armor penetration at extreme angle: 0 → 2
Armor penetration at slight angle: 3 → 4
Displayed penetration label: Medium → Heavy
Durable damage: 50 → 80
Ergonomics: 65 → 80
Horizontal recoil climb: 10 → 8
Horizontal recoil drift: 25 → 15
Standard damage: 180 → 240
Sway multiplier: 1 → 0.6
Vertical recoil climb: 60 → 40
Vertical recoil drift: 25 → 15
R-4 Hyena
Why the change?
Hyena shifts toward aggressive status-inflicting precision fire. Faster cycling, stronger application and heavy burning are paid for with lower direct damage, much heavier recoil drift and slower magazine reloads. This rifle asks the shooter to manage the follow-through.
Armor penetration at extreme angle: 0 → 2
Ergonomics: 30 → 40
Fire rate in RPM: 190 → 350
Primary status strength: 3 → 6
Secondary status strength: 0 → 6
Secondary status type: None → Burning heavy
Standard damage: 220 → 180
Sway multiplier: 1 → 0.8
Vertical recoil drift: 30 → 150
Extended Magazine
Magazines per supply pickup: 5 → 6
Reload duration in seconds: 2.5 → 2.75
Short Magazine
Attachment ergonomics modifier: 11 → 10
Magazines per supply pickup: 9 → 10
Reload duration in seconds: 2.2 → 2.5
R-6 Deadeye
Why the change?
Deadeye is a slow, cumbersome repeater whose lever cycle interrupts the sight picture after every shot. Medium penetration offered too little payoff for that interruption, so GRASS chose heavy penetration instead of inflated damage. Two precise Hulk-eye hits give the rifle a clear purpose. Faster cycling and reduced sway make those follow-ups feel smoother, while deliberate aiming and the lever action retain the cost of each shot.
Armor penetration at direct impact: 3 → 4
Armor penetration at extreme angle: 0 → 3
Armor penetration at large angle: 3 → 4
Armor penetration at slight angle: 3 → 4
Displayed penetration label: Medium → Heavy
Ergonomics: 65 → 60
Fire rate in RPM: 100 → 125
Rounds per supply pickup: 60 → 76
Spare rounds: 60 → 72
Sway multiplier: 1 → 0.8
R-63 Diligence
Why the change?
A light-penetration precision rifle needs enough per-shot damage to justify giving up medium penetration. The damage increase is paired with much heavier recoil and a smaller magazine, emphasizing placement over rapid spam. Every cartridge is a carefully considered amendment to the enemy’s continued existence.
Armor penetration at extreme angle: 0 → 1
Durable damage: 45 → 105
Ergonomics: 65 → 55
Fire rate in RPM: 350 → 400
Horizontal recoil climb: 10 → 25
Stagger force: 15 → 20
Standard damage: 165 → 300
Sway multiplier: 1 → 0.8
Vertical recoil climb: 45 → 200
Vertical recoil drift: 25 → 200
Extended Magazine
Magazine capacity: 25 → 20
Magazines per supply pickup: 8 → 6
Spare magazines: 8 → 5
R-63CS Diligence Counter Sniper
Why the change?
Counter Sniper combines better target acquisition and durable damage with a much more demanding vertical recoil response. Faster follow-up potential is available, but controlled precision must earn it. The scope is a promise, not an automatic result.
Armor penetration at extreme angle: 0 → 2
Durable damage: 50 → 60
Ergonomics: 35 → 55
Fire rate in RPM: 350 → 400
Horizontal recoil climb: 30 → 25
Vertical recoil climb: 80 → 150
Vertical recoil drift: 25 → 150
R-72 Censor
Why the change?
Censor favors a stable sight picture and improved sustained ammunition supply, with small durable gains. Reduced ergonomics and adjusted magazine reloads keep the rifle deliberate rather than turning it into a close-range handling specialist.
Armor penetration at extreme angle: 0 → 1
Durable damage: 45 → 50
Ergonomics: 60 → 50
Sway multiplier: 1 → 0.8
Extended Magazine
Attachment ergonomics modifier: -8 → -10
Reload duration in seconds: 2.9 → 3
Spare magazines: 6 → 7
Short Magazine
Magazines per supply pickup: 8 → 12
Spare magazines: 8 → 11
