According to one cool guy, Sai was too good to be legal, so we're gonna just..

    • Heat per shot: 0.7 -> 1.6
    • Cooling rate: 8 -> 7

Blitzer didn't get that good anyway, so buff. Sai was supposed to fire fast with little damage per projectile, but it didn't turn out well, even considering it's ear pain with not quiet audio.

    • Buffed Damage: 50 -> 75
  • Sai
    • Changed RPM modes: 1600 -> 1200, 800
    • Changed damage: 40 -> 60
    • Spread: 105 -> 80
    • Heat per shot: 0,75 -> 0,7
    • Cooling rate: 5,4 -> 8
