So, what do I do. I have a 5.0.1 PS4 and how do I permenantly jailbreak it (so when I restart it wont remove the hacks)

Not possible. You have to run HEN everytime you restart your PS4. But first, you should update your console to 5.05 (get correct firmware here: https://ayakalounge.me/PS4/FWlist).
Can you give me a guide on how to? Sorry im completly new to doing this on Consoles I usually just play PC

visit modded warfare channel on youtube.. you should be able to understand everything from there.. the guy explains it so much better than anyone else.. he treats everyone like a beginner and does not even skip the smallest of steps..
