Not possible. You have to run HEN everytime you restart your PS4. But first, you should update your console to 5.05 (get correct firmware here: https://ayakalounge.me/PS4/FWlist).
Can you give me a guide on how to? Sorry im completly new to doing this on Consoles I usually just play PC
