a pretty straightforward idea, waving or planting the OTF should project a 360 degree spherical shield with limited capacity, once exhausted, recharges like the directional shield,

this should be a buff for the OTF that can be used in public lobbies (i presume), unlike that one mod which gives buffs that can only work with others who also have the mods installed.

The sphere should be reasonably sized so that it can incentivize people to stay inside and move together, I'd say something like the length of a bastion tank as the diameter for reference, could work.
