I think many low-rate-of-fire rifles could have their recoil reduced somewhat, such as the AR-23 series and the BR-14. In fact, most rifles should probably have somewhat less recoil; otherwise, there is more reason to use submachine guns instead. I don't know why Arrowhead always equates a low rate of fire with high recoil, which makes low-rate-of-fire weapons consistently harder to control than high-rate-of-fire weapons. This is the opposite of how things work in most shooting games.

Besides that:

The ergonomics of the AR-23 family should be adjusted to: AR-23A > AR-23 > AR-23P ≈ AR-23C.

The 23A is the compact model, so it should naturally have the highest ergonomics. The 23 should come next. The 23P has a longer barrel and muzzle, while the 23C has a 60-round magazine, so these two should have similar ergonomics.

Additionally:

The AR-23P could use a slight damage increase. Compared with the other AR-23 weapons, the AR-23P has higher AP, so it should also deal more damage. I think Arrowhead simply reduced its damage to balance out its armor penetration level. (If you think that would make it too powerful, you could reduce its magazine capacity instead.)

The AR-23C uses high-explosive rounds, so it should also deal more durable damage than the standard AR-23.

The AR-61 is actually very similar to the AR-23C. It is essentially an AR-23C with a smaller magazine, higher damage, and lower recoil. Perhaps you could make the differences between these two weapons more pronounced; otherwise, there is no reason to choose the AR-23C. However, I don't have any particularly good ideas on this point either. Maybe its crowd-control capabilities could be improved somewhat? Alternatively, its explosion radius could be increased to give it some area-of-effect damage.

The AR-2 needs a slight damage increase and a slight recoil reduction. Otherwise, it becomes little more than a tool for setting enemies on fire.

The BR-14 needs a damage increase and a recoil reduction. It is essentially a larger-caliber AR-23P, so there is no reason for it to deal less damage than the AR-23P.

StA-52 is essentially an AR-23 with a larger magazine; its Ergonomics could also be improved slightly to bring it closer to the AR-23C

The AR-11’s underbarrel shotgun could be changed to AP3; otherwise, there is still little reason to use it

From my experience:
  • possible conflicts with other mods
  • making changes that add new lines in code (yes i modified the mod a little)
  • wrong loading order

How would I fix it then..? It's at the near the bottom and should override anything that conflicts with it.

Alright so this mod requires:
-Bingus loader and HD2Runtime (not old versions!)
-HD2Runtime needs to be set higher priority than Bingus loader

-And also weapon stats don't show up instantly when you log onto your ship

Do you have all those requirements? Did you check armory for longer than 20 seconds?

Might try using only this one mod for starters.
Or disable all mods, hit the surge button. Then reinstall this mod and all the requirements

In HD2 Arsenal I have HD2Runtime on the very top, secondly is Bingus loader, and then my own mods somewhere else.
You can try disabling all mods you have but those 3. I trust you can do it!
