Retrofits the TD-220 Bastion and TD-110 Maelstrom with 4 selectable primary profiles: Tankiest, Very Agile, Tankier, and Agile. Each tank may be configured separately.
The tankiest and tankier retrofits make the tank tougher up front and on the sides, but weaker in the rear. The very agile and agile retrofits make the tank much more manoeuvrable, at the expense of overall durability and rear protection.
!!! NOTICE: If you experience significant FPS loss when using a tanky or agile profile, switch to the 50ms version. The 50ms profile is functionally the same for gameplay purposes, but performs less frequent reads. This will help ease CPU overhead.
I RECOMMEND PLAYERS PICK THE 50ms PROFILES BY DEFAULT INSTEAD OF THE STANDARD PROFILES
For the tankiest option, the tank should feel noticeably tankier against conventional enemy fire. Dedicated AT enemy attacks (ie rockets, plasma, harvester beams, cannons, bile, chargers) will still deal significant damage to the tank. In addition, backshots are now extra dangerous. Don't turn your back to the enemy!
As a reference, the theoretical TTK against the front of either tank is now:
For the very agile option, the tank trades a weakened rear for a much easier time moving around the battlefield. Acceleration and maximum speed overall increase by 100%, while torque and steering response increase by 150%. In-game behavior is unlikely to reach these values due to factors like tank mass, traction, terrain, etc.
The agile option retains the exact same settings as agile, but with a 33% overall increase in potential max speed and acceleration.

Profiles
Both the Bastion and Maelstrom can independently use any profile
There is a 50 ms option for all profiles. These function the same as their regular counterparts but perform locomotion checks less frequently. This should noticeably reduce CPU and frame load. There is a mildly elevated risk of a rare agile call-in that retains the vanilla locomotion settings, but this is not guaranteed and may never happen.
